WARNING! ANOTHER SPOILER ALERT!
Apparently, I'm not that clever. In one of the last episodes of The Sopranos, Tony talks to Bobby about what he thinks may happen right before you die. He says, "I bet it just goes black." Then he remembers (or they just say it again) it in that last scene I describe in my other post. Duh! Am I that dense?! I even wrote "The screen went black..." Someone had to explain it to me. Tony got shot! I was so mad at myself. I wish I had caught that because then my last Sopranos experience would've been a pleasant one. My complete opinion of the finale has since changed. It's good. Disregard my entire previous Sopranos post.

Oh yeah, one more thing.
Here are some random pictures I wanted to post. They're completely unrelated to each other, too.
I took this first picture in Old Sac today. I thought it turned out nice.
The next three are pictures of these giant crayon boxes and crayons I made for my kindergarten class. I was so proud of them and they took me forever to make.
Wow. How random is my blogging for tonight? I went from The Sopranos, to Old Sac, to cutesy handmade crayon boxes. The funny thing is, I think these three things sum me up perfectly. :)
The Sopranos Series Finale
WARNING!!! SPOILER ALERT! Do not read this blog if you haven't seen the series finale of The Sopranos! This means you, Marco, Autumn and Catherine. I think this just eliminated more than half my audience, and the remaining audience doesn't even watch The Sopranos. Oh well.
Anyway, I just finished watching the very last Sopranos episode and I'm miffled. (I chose this word because Tony used it in the episode. It's not even a real word.) Don't get me wrong, the episode was pretty good. Up until the last scene, that is. I was so worked up because Journey's, "Don't Stop Believing" was playing and the scene was getting so played up. Played up??? I don't even know what I mean by that. I guess I mean the scene was just working itself up to the climax of the episode.
So this is what happens. Tony's meeting his family for dinner, but he gets to the restaurant before them. Everyone's driving separate cars. Every time the restaurant door opens, a little bell rings and Tony looks up from the booth to see if it's one of his family members. After a few minutes, he plays, "Don't Stop Believing" on the jukebox and Carmela arrives as the song begins. Next, A.J. shows up. Now they're all waiting for Meadow to show up, but she's actually outside trying to parallel park her car about 80 times. During this time, the restaurant door keeps ringing as people enter the restaurant. Tony looks up every time. One fishy looking Italian guy comes in, who appears to be looking at Tony, but Tony doesn't notice him. Also, two other gangster looking guys walk in after the fishy Italian guy walks by Tony to go to the bathroom. I thought for sure that either the Italian guy or the other gangster looking guys were going to try something, but they never did. So, to make a short description long, the scene ends with Meadow running into the restaurant (because she's late) and Tony looking up at the restaurant door to see if it's her. That's it. I was literally like, "What the hell?" The screen went black and I seriously thought there was something wrong with the DVD because I was thinking, "That can't be the end!" Nope, it was.
I can't help but feel gipped. I thought for sure that Tony was either going to get shot or get arrested. I mean, the whole final episode did a great job at making me think that one of those things was going to happen. What with all the fighting with Phil in New York and Carlo talking to the feds. Also, that fishy looking Italian guy looked like he was going to try kill Tony. I guess they want you to decide on your own what happens. Well, based on what I saw, I thought Meadow was going to get shot. I thought she was going to get caught in some sort of crossfire as she walked into the restaurant. I guess I'll never know. Man! I wanted a clear-cut death or indictment. Instead, I was left feeling disappointed.
Dear HBO, please, please, please make a seventh season. Yeah, right. Only in my dreams.
